Dr Jadun is a fully qualified medical doctor, and psychosexual and relationship councillor. She initially trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, following which she pursued a career in Sexual Health. She has been working in the sub-speciality of Sexual Health for 15 years, offering significant experience and knowledge within the field. Following completion of her Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship therapy, she provided in house counselling to the patients attending the Sexual Health Clinic.
Dr Jadun currently works for the NHS, based at a sexual Health Clinic under Liverpool University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. She is also a primary Faculty trainer for FSRH, providing regular training and supervision in the field of Sexual health for General Medical Practitioners, speciality trainees, and nurses.
Dr Jadun has developed her skill set over the years, in order to be able to offer a holistic, unbiased and non-judgmental approach to a variety of sexual health issues. She works with couples of any age, gender and sexual orientation, who are experiencing relationship difficulties or sexual problems. She uses a variety of approaches in her counselling, including education and normalisation, to uncover underlying causes and patterns. Individual counselling is also offered, regardless of relationship status.
Dr Jadun offers a variety of therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychosexual therapy, integrative and person centred therapy, and also couples’ counselling. She manages a range of counselling areas including HIV/AIDS, sexual health, sexual problems, sexual abuse, sexual addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression, stress management, anger management, relationship problems, emotional abuse, body image dysphoria, gender dysphoria and domestic violence. She offers sessions to adolescents (over the age of 16), adults, older adults and also couples. Consultations can be conducted online, via telephone or in person.
