I’m excited to share that we’re hosting a one‑day conference dedicated to one of the most transformative areas in modern mental health: The Mind–Body Connection.
Mental health is changing. We’re learning that emotions live not only in the mind but also in the body. Trauma speaks through posture. Stress reshapes physiology. Healing often begins with breath, movement, and connection.
In this conference, we will explore how neuroscience, somatic therapies, lifestyle medicine, culture, and emerging technologies are reshaping the way we understand and support mental wellbeing.
This event brings together clinicians, researchers, therapists, educators, and leaders who believe mental health is not just a psychological experience but a deeply embodied one.
