Dr Suneetha Kovvuri
Dr Suneetha Kovvuri is a consultant forensic psychiatrist. She has been a practicing consultant for 15 years plus.
Dr Kovvuri is currently working in adult community psychiatry set up. She has extensive experience in assessment and treatment of major mental illness (PTSD, depression and schizophrenia) and personality disorders.
Dr Kovvuri is a second opinion doctor for Health inspectorate of Wales and sits as a specialist medical member on mental health tribunals in England.
She has a special experience in providing expert opinion in stalking and domestic violence. She also completes court reports assessing mental health of asylum seekers.
Her special interests are risk assessments and nutritional psychiatry. She prides herself for her take on a holistic approach to assessment and treatment of mental disorders.
